Ellis Taylor was established in 1994. The firm has a number of specialist departments staffed by lawyers who are expert in their respective fields. We have grown substantially over recent years which is due, we like to think, to the satisfaction of our clients and their confidence in us. Our client portfolio ranges from banks, financial institutions and major corporations to small and medium enterprises and wealthy individuals. Particular industry specialisms include the construction and engineering industries, hotels and leisure and high tech industries.

In addition to clients from all over the UK we have particularly strong connections with the Indian sub continent, Middle East and South Africa.

We regularly work both nationally and internationally as part of a multi disciplinary team and have a wide range of contacts in other jurisdictions whom we can call upon when needed.
